He Is Risen

Friends, today we gather with joyful hearts and singing spirits, for we proclaim a truth echoed through history and sung in every age: He is risen.

On this Resurrection Sunday, we stand at the crossroads of fear and hope, of despair and new life, and we choose the path of faith because we trust the miracle that changed the world.

 

I. The Empty Tomb: Evidence Beyond Fear

The story begins in a moment of grave certainty: the stone sealed, guards posted, and sorrow heavy in the air.

Yet the empty tomb speaks a louder language than fear—a language of possibility breaking through point-blank reality.

In our own lives, we encounter moments when what we expect collapses: plans fail, relationships strain, health wanes. The resurrection invites us to reframe our reality: not as a denial of pain, but as a claim that death is not the final word.
