Surrender and Faith

Trust God with your plans, your uncertainty, and your future. Spiritual growth begins with yielding ourselves to Him.

Practices That Strengthen Surrender

  1. Practice prayer and biblical meditation. Regularly surrender worries and desires to God.
  2. Read and reflect on Scripture. Consider Proverbs 3:5–6, Jeremiah 29:11, and Romans 8:28.
  3. Journal your prayers and God’s leading.
  4. Identify where you are trying to control outcomes and intentionally release those areas to God.
  5. Remain active in worship and Christian fellowship.
  6. Listen for God’s direction through Scripture, prayer, and the Holy Spirit.
  7. Obey small promptings. Faithfulness in small things strengthens trust.
  8. Practice gratitude and remember God’s faithfulness.
  9. Develop patience while waiting for God’s timing.
