Prayer

Pray for those affected by violence or injustice.

Heavenly Father,

We lift up to You all those affected by violence and injustice around the world. Lord, You are a God of justice, mercy, and compassion. We pray for Your comfort and healing to be upon those who have suffered loss, pain, and trauma. Bring peace to their hearts and surround them with Your presence.

We ask You to move in the hearts of those in positions of power and authority, guiding them to pursue justice and righteousness. Stir compassion and a desire for change in communities and nations. Break the cycles of violence, hatred, and injustice, and inspire acts of kindness, reconciliation, and peace.

Lord, we trust in Your sovereignty and Your ability to bring hope and restoration. May Your justice roll on like a mighty river, and may Your love prevail in every corner of the earth.

In Jesus’ name, we pray.
